Your PRODUCT must be unused and in the even condition that you took it. It must also be in the real packaging.
To complete your return, we take a statement or evidence of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be returned.
Any item that's returned more than 7 days after delivery Refunds( if applicable) Once your return is admitted and inspected, we will mail you that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of you refund. However, your refund will be reprocessed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment system within a certain amount of days, If you're approved. Refund will be given via bank transfer only.

07-DAY RETURNS POLICY
Product onetime retailed may be returned by the client within 07( seven) days of the record of the order. The Company undertakes to repay 70 - 80% of the value( up to INR-)OR Current market value in your payment source( Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net banking) . Tax, Govt Duty ,Making Charges or any diamond or stone broken will not be returned or refunded.
The product to be returned should be accompanied by
- Product to be returned with original packaging in marketable condition with no scrapes, wear and tear and damage, or modification.
- Certificate( If Any).
- Invoice Copy of the Product.
The Money- Back amount will be 70 – 80% of the genuine amount paid or Current market value . In case, any coupon, discount, or promo code was used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount original to the coupon, discount, or promo code, as applicable.
In case of a refund within 07( seven) days of the statement of the order, the payment of the refund amount shall be done via online bank transfer to the client’s bank account within 15-21 business days of the statement of the product. However, the refund will be processed by reversal of the deal, If the mode of payment was through online debit/ credit card/ net banking.
In case of return within 07( seven) days a shipping charge of INR 750/- and government tax shall be borne by the client for all the jewelry under this policy.
To request for return of the product under the 07- day Money back return Policy you should do the following

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it constantly. Changes and explanations will take effect incontinently upon their posting on the website. Unfortunately, if 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
