CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or change of products will be accepted only within 24 hours of placing an order. Post 24 hours a Cancellation Fee of 15% on the final product price would be deducted from the Total amount and the difference will be refunded. Cancellation of Gold coins/bars, frames, customized jewellery, gift cards and loose solitaires will not be accepted under any circumstances. In case of EMI order, foreclosure/default customer will be charged 15% of the order value as the transaction fees and the balance amount after deducting the transaction fees would be refunded.
www.kuberstone.com may, at its sole discretion, request the Customer to pay a percentage of the value of the transaction as an advance at the time of placing the order. The balance payment for the order shall be paid by the Customer at the time of delivery of the product. Failure to pay the balance amount at the time of the delivery of the product shall be treated as a cancellation of the order.
www.kuberstone.com may, at its sole discretion, reserves the rights to cancel any particular order. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled or refused are (i) limitations on quantities available for purchase; and (ii) inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

BUYBACK POLICY:
In case of Plain Gold jewellery, 90 of current market value of the product( net weight of metal).
In case of Diamond with Gold jewellery or, 80 of current market value of the product( as per net weight of the metal and total carat weight of diamonds). This can be used to buy any diamond or gem jewellery excluding gold coins. Making Charges, Tax and Shipping charges will be subtracted.
In case of gem with Gold jewellery or, 75 of current market value of the product( as per net weight of the metal and total carat weight of the gems). This can be used to buy any diamond or gem jewellery excluding gold coins.
In case any Semi precious Stone, Uncut Diamonds, Polki, Kundan, Cubic Zirconia( CZ) or American Diamonds with Gold Jewellery, 75 of current market value of the product( as per net weight of metal only). This can be used to buy any jewellery excluding gold coins.
In case of Gold Coins 90 of current market value of the product, this can be used to buy diamond or gem jewellery.
No return or exchange on Loose Solitaires or Loose diamonds.
Shipping charge will be borne by the client.
The prevailing market value will be determined byKuberkart.com
In case the value of the new product is higher than the exchange value of the old product the difference will be paid by the client. In case the value of the new product is lower than the exchange value of the old product the difference will be held as credit for future purchases.
This feature isn't available for foreign orders( Orders that will be dispatched abroad from India).
Buyback Policy does not cover making charges and duties and shipping.
RESIZING & REPAIRS:
• If you want to resize your ring, the company will resize it free of cost except in certain cases where you have to pay total/ making charges.
• If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by the client.
• If the resized ring costs lower than the existing ring, the differential amount shall be repaid to the client.
• In case of a refund, the payment of the same shall be made by way of an online bank transfer within 15- 21 Working days of dispatch of the resized product.
• If for some reasons, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair/ replace the product for charges which would be determined by the company on a case to case basis.
• Shipping charges under Repairs & Resizing policy shall be borne by the client.
